The village of Bole is a civil parish located in Nottinghamshire County, England. They are governed by the Bassetlaw local district of the county, which is close to the River Trent. Bole used to be near an oxbow lake called Bole Round, but there was a flood in 1792 that made the River Trent flow near the village.
