Currently running is an archaeology exhibit of items found in Garendon Park, and Experiment, an art exploration of techniques and materials used to make fantastic images, including floral paintings. The Cultural eXchanges Festival is held once a year at DeMontfort Univerisity, and is hosted by the Faculty of Art, Design, and Humanities. Markfield Open Gardens will be running the last week of June, and offers a chance to see beautifully tended flower and plant gardens around the region. This year you’ll have the chance to view over thirteen meticulously maintained private gardens that don’t normally allow visitors in.
