Morning Flower Fans!
We do like to spend some time here on the CF blog getting lost in the beatuiful and frankly rather bizarre world of odd flower events and news from all over the world. But sometimes it's nice to remind you all that we're a florist too -- especially when there's a chance of getting some beautiful flowers, absolutely free.
Because tomorrow's the second Tuesday of the month, and as anyone who follows us on Twitter will know, that means only one thing -- free flowers! This month it's the Summer Splash bouquet which we're offering up for one lucky follower to win. And given just how many 'summer' puddles I had to cycle my bike through to get into work this morning, I can't help but feel like that's a fairly serendipitous choice...
Entering our online comps really couldn't be much easier. For our Twitter competition, all you have to do is follow our account @ClareFlorist, and then retweet our tweet which contains the hashtag #randomfollower. And that's it, just sit back and relax. Havwe some tea. Maybe a choccy digestive. The winners are drawn on the Tuesday: in this case, we'll be picking out a lucky winner around 11.30 AM tomorrow.
Another way you can get involved is to share the image of the bouquet which we're circulating on Facebook. That way you can let all your friends know that they have the chance to win - and just maybe, if your friends win our comp because they saw you share the pic, then you could lay claim to a 'share' of the flowers...?
One last thing - don't worry if you don't win this time around! As well as our monthly Twitter competition, we put out regular Facebook competitions too, normally a fortnight after the Twitter competitions. Oh, and do keep an eye out for our new Google+ page as well...
Of course, it's only you guys, the Clare Florist online fans and followers, who make all of these great competitions possible. So make sure you keep on sharing, liking and following our pages -- and recommending them to your online contacts!
Right, all of that said, get yourself over to Twitter and enter the damn competition. And maybe tomorrow we'll give you a nice irrelevant blog about some obscure corner of the flower world again. After all, that's what everybody loves to read, right...?
